Terms & Conditions

Accomodation at 10 Tipara Court is a two-level, dual apartment block. The owners live in the upper level apartment. Tenants rent the entire ground floor apartment (approx 15 sqrs) and have their own entry doors and facilities. Facilities are strictly for the use of paying tenants.

Tariff

Rental $200 per night for a double, with extra persons an additional $40 each per night. Children $20 each per night.
Stays of 3 nights or more $20 per night less, excluding peak times.
January and Long Weekends: $20 extra per night for double plus extra persons.
Maximum accommodation 6 persons.
Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Payment of Deposit & Rent

A Deposit of $200 is payable within 7 days of confirmation of booking with the balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to full refund, less a $30 service charge.
Cancellation less than 30 days and more than 14 days will forfeit the deposit only.
Cancellation less than 14 days will forfeit all monies paid.

Check-In & Check-Out times

Check in from 2pm
Check out by 11am

Pets & Smoking

Pets are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Breakages & Cleaning

All breakages to be reported.
House is expected to be left clean and tidy - cleaning materials are provided.
