Terms & Conditions
Accomodation at 10 Tipara Crt is a two level, dual
apartment block. The owners live in the upper level
apartment. Tenants rent the entire ground floor
apartment (approx 15 sqrs) and have their own entry
doors and facilities.
Facilities are strictly for the use of paying tenants.
Tariff
- Rental $200 per night for a double,
with extra persons an additional $40 each per night.
Children $20 each per night.
- Maximum accommodation 6 persons.
- Minimum stay is 2 nights.
- Stays of 3 nights or more $20 per night less, excluding peak times.
Payment of Deposit & Rent
- A Deposit of one third is payable within 7 days of confirmation
of booking with the balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled
to full refund, less a $30 service charge.
- Cancellation less than 30 days and more than 14 days will
forfeit the deposit only.
- Cancellation less than 14 days will forfeit all
monies paid.
Check-In & Check-Out times
- Check in from 2pm
- Check out by 11am
Pets & Smoking
- Pets are not permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Breakages & Cleaning
- All breakages to be reported.
- House is expected to be left clean and tidy - cleaning
materials are provided.
